Joe Focht
Lead Pastor
Joe Focht serves as NMC's Lead Pastor with a passion to see the church work together to accomplish more for God’s Kingdom than any individual could do on their own. Before taking on his current role, he served as NMC's Youth Pastor, Pastor of Christian Education, and Senior Associate Pastor.
Pastor Joe earned his Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies and Master of Ministry from Bethel University in Mishawaka, IN. He and his wife Jeanne have three daughters and nine grandchildren.
When he isn't in the NMC Office or serving as Chaplain for the Nappanee Police Department, Joe enjoys supporting his wife’s antique shop (1874 Found Goods and Gifts), golfing, and occasionally wetting a fishing line.
