Vertical Basketball introduces kids in 1st-4th grade to the game of basketball and develops their skills within a Christ-centered environment.

Students experience a fun and encouraging environment as they improve their basketball skills and form relationships with other kids and their coaches.

Season Schedule

The 2025 season will run from January 11 - March 1 with an extended practice & coach meet-and-greet on January 4. Teams will play eight games during the season on Saturdays at Nappanee Elementary School and the Nappanee Boys & Girls Club.

Cost

The cost is $79 per child on or before October 13. Between October 14 and November 2, the cost is $99 per child. No registrations will be accepted after November 2, and there will be no refunds.

Skills Assessment

Saturday, November 2 | Nappanee Elementary School
The Drills & Skills Assessment will cover fundamental basketball skills such as shooting, dribbling, passing, and defense techniques. The skills assessment is highly encouraged and gives the leadership team a chance to assess all players and create balanced teams.

*Parents, you’re welcome to wait in the school cafeteria during your child’s Skills Assessment.*

Girls: 1st - 4th Grade |  8:30 - 10:00 AM
Boys: 1st - 4th Grade |  10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
