Perseverance and Prayer

Every person faces the temptation to quit. Disappointment and frustration often cause us to give up. It seems like the effort, while tireless, is worthless. That can happen in our prayer life. We begin with the best of intentions, but the overwhelming challenges of life cause us to give up. Jesus challenged His disciples to pray and to never giving up. His challenge to them is His challenge to us.
