Dr. Tim Elmore is the founder and CEO of Growing Leaders, a nonprofit organization created to develop emerging leaders. His work grew out of 20 years of serving alongside Dr. John C. Maxwell. He has written over 35 books, been featured in multiple articles, and appeared on national broadcasts to talk about leading multiple generations in the marketplace.

Geoff Eckart lives in Grand Rapids with his wife Arianna and their three daughters. He’s the lead pastor at Daybreak Church in Hudsonville, MI, and the founder and CEO of Never The Same, a national youth ministry organization with a vision to see new generations transformed in Christ. Geoff is also the chairman of the board for the National Day of Prayer Task Force.

Brad Bullock grew up in a non-Christian home, but his life was radically transformed as a teenager when he began to attend NMC with a friend. As he grew in his relationship with Christ, he felt the call to full-time ministry. Brad, his wife Kelsey, and their three kids live in Fort Wayne where he serves as the executive pastor of next generation at Pathway Community Church.

Jonathan “Johnny” Delgado currently serves alongside his wife, family, and an awesome team as lead pastor at Bethel Temple Church on the south side of Chicago. He also works as a training specialist at Bible League International, equipping local churches in relational evangelism and discipleship. For Johnny, the greatest part of ministry is seeing the power of the Holy Spirit in action transforming lives.

Taylor Hossler’s lifelong love for music has developed into a passion for worship and a strong desire to lead others in it. She’s currently pursuing a Worship Arts degree at BU@NMC. Her heart is to lead others into a space where they can encounter God in a whole new way—to experience the overwhelming joy and peace that comes when we worship our Father together!

Brock O'Dell is the high school pastor at Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, KY. From worship ministry to middle school and high school ministry, the Lord has been faithful and gracious in Brock’s journey of following Christ. Brock and his wife Aurora have two crazy kids.

Southeast Collective is made up of worship staff and volunteers from Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, KY. Taylor, John, Chaynee, and Adam serve various local and international ministries and love reuniting to support familiar and new ministry partners. Nappanee is one of their favorite places to lead worship.

Brandon Rushin is a dynamic speaker, entertainer, and emcee with 25 years of ministry experience. Brandon and his “characters” provide high-energy, interactive moments that are engaging and memorable for kids. Brandon travels the U.S. speaking and entertaining at churches, businesses, conferences, and camps.

Daniel Monplaisir is a motivational speaker for EPIC Ministries. He travels nationally, sharing the gospel with kids and families in fun, interactive, and relatable ways. With over 25 years of ministry experience, Daniel is passionate about sharing biblical truths to help kids understand who Jesus is and how He can restore our relationship with God the Father.

Kids experience a lot of emotions, and God can help them deal with every emotion they feel! During Fanning the Flame, preschoolers will learn to identify their emotions and respond to them in the way God wants.
