Summer Camp is a big deal at NMC! It's a chance for students to get away and refocus their lives on Jesus while having a ton of fun. We believe God has something incredible in store for this summer, and we'd love for your student to be part of it!

Summer Camp FAQs

Registration / Finances


When you complete a camp registration form, you should receive a confirmation email for each student registered. The email will be from "Nappanee Missionary Church" but may appear as a "no-reply@ccbchurch.com" address. Check your spam/junk mail if you think your student is registered but don't see the email. Each email will include the name of the camp you registered for, the name of the student registered, date of registration, and payment status.




To lock in a discounted price, you MUST submit a 30% minimum deposit by the deadline of that price.




Refunds are generally not available unless the camper has a reasonably acceptable emergency, such as hospitalization. A change in family plans or personal decision not to attend camp would not qualify the camper for a refund. In some rare cases, a refund may be considered if the vacated spot can be filled with another participant who has been on a waitlist.




An Individual Youth Account (IYA) is a work-based system of scholarship/discount that NMC students earn through work days or specific service opportunities. Money is not given out to students from this account. IYA funds are used for NMC events such as camps, retreats, etc. If you'd like to use IYA for camp, please indicate that on the registration form or contact Student Ministries (NMCStudentMinistries@nmc.church) or KidMin (KidMin@nmc.church).




We want to make camp possible for any student who'd like to attend. Please reach out to Student Ministries (NMCStudentMinistries@nmc.church) or KidMin (KidMin@nmc.church) to ask about possible scholarships.

General Questions


While we want your student to experience camp with a sense of safety and comfort, we also know the value of getting to interact with new people and make new friends. If your student is brand new to NMC or our camps, we'll try to make sure they're placed with someone they know.




All packing lists and detailed information for camps will be sent via the email address that was on the camper's registration form. This info is sent at least one week before camp (and often sooner).




For students to truly "get away" from their everyday surroundings, we ask that they leave the following items at home: cell phone, iPod, iPad, Kindle, computer, smart watch, any portable gaming devices--basically all electronics. Parents, it's helpful if you also encourage these guidelines with your children.
