CLASS/EXERCISE GROUP: Revelation Fitness – Jesus and fitness! These workouts are designed to be holy encounters that work out our faith too. A safe place for women to worship and foster better physical health. Wednesday nights at NMC in the Aux Gym from 7-8 PM.
CLASS/EXERCISE GROUP: Bootcamp – A co-ed fitness class for all ages and all phases of fitness. This class is offered a number of times throughout the week, allowing you to find a time that works best for you. There is a $20 per month cost for participation, but the first class is free. Come give Bootcamp in the upper level of the YMC building a try! Mon, Wed, Fri – 5:30-6:30 AM; Sat – 7:30 AM
PODCAST: Revelation Wellness – Healthy and Whole –Listen to this while exercising for scriptural insights and keep your mind focused on the spiritual journey that is connected to your journey toward health.
APP/WEBSITE FOR PHYSICAL HEALTH: MyFitnesPal – Pastor Derry told the story of his 2018 journey toward physical health. The free version of this website and app (downloadable on all forms of smart phones) was very helpful with both exercise and diet resources.
STEP TOWARD PHYSICAL HEALTH: Visit your doctor –If the Lord is challenging you to focus on your physical health in order to better serve Him, set up an appointment with your medical professional. He/she will guide you toward best steps to bring about long term change.
