Nursery & Preschool
Nursery & Preschool
Each Sunday morning and Wednesday evening we provide our preschoolers, toddlers, and babies with a safe, welcoming environment, where they will take part in age appropriate and meaningful worship and learning.
For preschool aged children, the message of God’s love is presented using crafts, games, songs, stories, and activities, an interactive play. Kids will make friends, learn Bible stories, move to music, and memorize Bible verses!
In our nursery, infants and toddlers will be held, attended to, changed, and cared for.
Visitors can come to the Children’s Visitor Check-In at the Welcome Center to check in their children and get name-tags and are appropriate room assignments. The nursery rooms are located toward the south end of the Grand Hall. Preschool rooms are just inside the visitor’s entrance.
Ministry programming and care for all nursery/preschool ages is available for all three service hours on Sunday morning and during the Wednesday evening service. Please check specific event information to see if programming will be provided, and what age groups it will be provided for, during events that are outside our regular times.
Safety is a primary concern for our nursery and preschool programs. All our volunteers are screened and have completed a background check. We use a computer generated check-in system that prints a series of random numbers on the child’s name tag. Simultaneously, a receipt with the same series of numbers is printed for the adult to keep in their possession. To insure safety at dismissal, children are only released to the adult who shows the receipt with the numbers that match the numbers on the child’s name tag.
